Mountfield, Omagh

Located on the A505, has a population of around 250. It is set in a stretch of undulating countryside and is regarded by many as a gateway to the Sperrin Mountains. The village was developed mainly in the 1800's by Sir William McMahon and today is a quiet, tranquil place with its economy dependent on agriculture. The surrounding countryside boasts fishing and walking as major natural attractions.
