Mournes HACK 2014

20 September
Taking to the hills, walking across stunning countryside and breathing in clean air can give you a new perspective on life. But it means so much more when you do it to help vulnerable children.

It’s time to pull on your walking boots and set yourself a challenge to help end cruelty to children in Northern Ireland. Join us on Saturday 20 September when we will be taking to the Mourne Mountains with our 14 and 20 mile walk across one of Northern Ireland’s most popular areas of natural beauty. All money raised from the Mournes HACK will be used to support children, young people and their families.

Take in some of the most dramatic and breath taking scenery in Northern Ireland with this hike, which will give you the chance to see some stunning views of the coast, sea and countryside. Forest loughs, rivers and bogs await you as you walk in the footsteps of 18th century smugglers on the Trassey Track.

We’ll support you with your training and fundraising. When you register, we’ll send you a pack filled with training tips, fundraising activities and top tips as well as your own t-shirt.

The HACK is open to people aged 18 years and over and you can register as an individual or as part of a team. It costs just £20 to register for the stunning 14-mile walk or, if you’re up for a bigger challenge, there is a 20-mile route which costs £25 for registration. Whichever walk you go for, we ask that you try to raise as much as you possibly can to help make a difference to vulnerable children’s lives.
NB. As we do not have exact location information, this is a map of the local area.

The registration fee is £25 for the 20 mile challenge and £20 for 14 mile challenge.
