Luxury one bedroom apartment with two double beds, sleeps four, suitable for families. Quality finish throughout with well equipped modern kitchen. Large living room with french doors and panoramic views of Lower Lough Erne. Outside is a patio area and spacious parking within an electric gated complex. The property is located on a 20 acre mature parkland setting with a jetty/slipway for residents use only, and extensive pathways meandering along the lake shore. The area is renowned for fishing and boating activities. Strictly no pets. Strictly no smoking within the apartment.

Directions from Town:
Located approximately one mile on the Belleek side of the entrance to Lusty Beg Island. Travelling along the A47 main road from Kesh to Belleek, pass Lusty Beg entrance, one mile further wide entrance on left with stone pillars and black metal gates. Go through the gates and second house on left.
