This chalet bungalow is situated opposite the university in a quiet cul-de-sac. This makes it very convenient for visitors of the university. At the same time we are ideally situated to explore the magnificent North Coast, being in the middle between Derry/Londonderry to the west and Ballycastle to the east. Local amenities, historical places of interest and places of natural beauty are within easy reach.
The university train stop is close by, on the link between the shopping town of Coleraine and the seaside resort of Portrush. The house sits in the hammerhead of the cul-de-sac. There is plenty of space for parking. There is also a fenced-in yard for safe keeping of bicycles and motorbikes. At the entrance you will meet a welcoming host. In the entrance hall, there is a little library with information leaflets of the area for you to take away. There are also some books you can browse in and get inspired. All the rooms are newly redecorated in a contemporary style. The bathrooms are wetrooms. The breakfast room offers a cosy and homely atmosphere. Whether you prefer a continental breakfast or an Ulster fry or rather something light and healthy, or indeed a combination, the choice is yours.
