Number Four

Number Four is a relaxing family holiday home perfectly situated in a quiet cul-de-sac less than a five minute walk from Portrush West Strand beach, two minutes to a supermarket and close to Royal Portrush Golf Club, acclaimed wine bars, restaurants and the famous Barry’s Amusements. It is also a two minute walk to a bus and train stop.

This art deco property retains many original features whilst its neutral palette, modern appliances and entertainment provision ensures it will offer a modern family all they need for a great home from home by the sea. Accommodation is suitable for six adults and a cot is available on request. Bedrooms are fully furnished with a double room, a king size bedroom with sink and two single rooms. There is a bright modern bathroom on the first floor with separate shower and bath and a second WC downstairs. There are two comfortably furnished reception rooms offering even extended families their own space to relax. The kitchen is clean and fully equipped to accommodate cooking and dining for 6 and the open plan design leading into the living area which has a cosy wood burning stove, is ideal for families. At the rear is a fully enclosed, secure patio area with patio table and chairs and there is also a gas bar-be-que for guests' use.

The property is intended to minimise the hassle of holidaying with towels, detergents, condiments and a welcome pack to save unnecessary shopping and cupboard- stocking. A good selection of toys, DVDs and books awaits and for those with infants, there is a baby monitor, booster seats and two cots. Each of the reception rooms have a TV and DVD player and there is a docking station in the kitchen. The secure garage is ideal for storing bikes and golfing equipment and there is off-street parking for up to three cars.

Guests who are dog lovers are welcome to bring their well domesticated four-legged friends by prior arrangement and the enclosed patio is again ideal for dogs.
