Pleasant View is a beautiful modern holiday home in a rural setting with a large garden and plenty of parking spaces. It has magnificent views overlooking the Irish Sea to Scotland and with many a passing vessel the scenery is ever changing.

Pleasant view offers light and airy spacious accommodation with 3 double bedrooms one of which has an ensuite shower and a balcony from where you can enjoy the wonderful views. There is a spacious lounge with colour TV and DVD player with a selection of DVD’s for guest use and a large well equipped kitchen/diner both with patio doors leading out to the garden overlooking the Scottish coastline. A utility room with washing machine and sink and downstairs cloakroom is also situated on the ground floor. The family bathroom is situated on the first floor with bath and overhead electric shower.

Browns bay with a lovely sandy beach is about half a mile away and Larne golf club with its stunning course is approx. a mile away. The recently opened Gobbins Path is also nearby.

Location / Directions

From Belfast head towards Carrickfergus via the M2 and M5 then the A2 Coastal Road to Carrickfergus. Continue on the A2 to Larne bypassing Whitehead until you reach the staggered crossroads. Turn right following the signs for Islandmagee onto Island Road Lower. Continue over the causeway and at the next crossroads with a mini roundabout turn left onto B90 (Low Road). Continue on the low road and follow signs for Browns Bay Road. On nearing Browns Bay take a right onto Higginsons Lane. Pleasant View is situated approximately three quarters of the way down the Lane over a small river bridge.
