Police Museum

Uniforms, photographs and equipment relating to the Irish Constabulary since its formation in 1822. The Royal prefix was added in 1867 and in 1922 the Royal Ulster Constabulary was created. In 2001 the RUC became the Police service of Northern Ireland. A genealogical search is available for police service records 1822-1922.
