Potato Bread Recipe

Potato Bread

500g cooked, cooled mashed potato
1 teaspoon salt
Pinch sugar
200g plain flour

Mix everything together and roll out on a floured board to ½ cm thick. Cut into desired shapes.
Smear a frying or griddle pan with a little oil and cook the potato bread until golden on each side over medium heat - should take about 3 minutes each side.
Eat straight away with butter or cool and use for the fry.
