Queen's University provides a perfect base for discovering Belfast and Northern Ireland. Set in a leafy residential area, this modern village style residence is located 1.5 kilometres from the University campus and three kilometres from Belfast city centre.

The Treehouse, located at the heart of Elms Village, is where you will receive a warm welcome from our reception team, as well as launderette and plenty of space to relax and listen to music or read. Limited car parking is available onsite (a daily fee is charged).

Rooms are in low rise accommodation blocks of three floors with a common room, kitchen and television available on each floor. The en suite guest rooms feature simple, modern decor. This includes Wi-Fi, a desk and chair, and private bathroom with shower.

Accommodation staff have received World Host training. The programme reinforces core service principles as well as providing specialist guidance on creating an outstanding experience for customers with disabilities and welcoming customers from different cultures. IIP accreditation at Silver Award Level. All major credit cards accepted except American Express.

Rooms are available from the 29 June to 25 August 2024 inclusive, equipped with bedlinen, towels and toiletry pack. Kitchen facilities are available for use with up to 11 guests sharing, with all electrical appliances, crockery, cooking equipment and utensils supplied.  Tea & coffee making facilities available in all kitchens.  Laundry facilities are available onsite at an additional charge.
