The compact 1 bedroom apartment is accessed by a safe flight of steps and can accommodate 2 adults. Kitchen/living, shower/WC/wash basin. The rental has central heating. Towels/bed linen provided. TV. Laundry facilities by arrangement. There will be helpful information on activities/restaurants/pubs etc in the guest folder. A complimentary welcome pack of basic food stuffs will be in the apartment. Grocery shop 5 miles. Walking distance to buses, pubs, cafe & restaurant. There is a separate garden for the use of apartment guests - picnic with a view! Car parking on the premises.

£50 deposit should be paid within one week of booking - balance to be paid on arrival.
