The spacious living room is open plan with the kitchen and dining area and has extensive views through the balcony doors over the beach and the bay. It has two large comfortable sofas and armchairs with a feature fireplace containing a gas fire for those cooler nights. The open plan nature of the living area upstairs allows for social conversation between the kitchen and the living and dining room.

The property has 2 balconies, both of which are served from the first floor living area. The front balcony can get both the sunrise and the sunset at certain times of the year. It is shaded for most of the day and can be a great place to cool off in the summer heat. As it overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and the sandy beach, there is plenty to watch with a drink or two. The garden balcony is a sun trap and is furnished with sun loungers and a BBQ for al fresco breakfasts, lunches and dinners.

If all the excitement of the long sandy Blue Flag beach and the Atlantic Ocean literally on your doorstep is not enough, it is only a 5 minute stroll to shops, pub, coffee shop, bistro restaurant, train station and of course Castlerock Championship Golf Course. There are plenty of pretty walks along the beach, the river and through the hills behind the town. For the more adventurous there is surfing and bodyboarding and horse rides through the forest and along the beach. Steeped in history, the surrounding Downhill Estate provides superb walks amongst amazing historic architecture.
