This is a tidy three bedroom semi detached bungalow comprising one double, one twin and one single bedroom. It has a separate living room, a well equipped kitchen/dining room and a bathroom. To the rear is an enclosed garden with parking and garage. It is well maintained with good decor and furnishings.

It is located in a quiet residential area within easy walking distance of all amenities in Portstewart- less than ten minute walk to Promenade, shops, paddling pool, restaurants etc.

Bed linen and towels provided. Mature couples welcome. Families are welcome - travel cot and high chair available. Walkers and golfers welcome.
Sorry no pets, no smoking.
