This is a purpose designed single storey holiday cottage which has just been completely updated and refurnished to NITB 4 Star standard.

It has 4 bedrooms, including a double room with ensuite, a twin room and two singles (one with bunk beds). There is a luxurious bathroom, with bath and shower. The cottage has full oil fired central heating.

The kitchen/lounge area has a panoramic corner window with magnificent views to Islay, Ramore Head and Portrush Harbour. The newly fitted kitchen has all mod cons including a built in oven/hob, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

The sitting area has a wall mounted flat screen television with DVD player, complemented by a feature electric fire.

Outside there is a store suitable for golf equipment, bicycles, surf boards and kayaks, etc. There is a barbecue area with appropriate garden furniture.

The uniquely convenient location ensures easy access to The North Coast, Giants Causeway, Glens of Antrim, Bushmills Distillery, Dunluce Castle, Rathlin, etc. Being situated on a bus route, near a railway station and with public footpaths and dedicated cycle track means access is possible to many adjacent attractions without using the car!

There is an excellent selection of golf courses within easy reach, including the world famous Royal Portrush Golf Club.
