Seaview Guesthouse

This new purpose built Guesthouse is situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty and overlooks the Mourne Mountains, a proposed national park, the Medieval village of Carlingford, Carlingford Lough, Cranfield Lighthouse and the Irish sea.

The guesthouse comprises 6 ensuite bedrooms. One on ground floor incorporating all facilities for disabled guests and a lift to the first floor bedrooms for elderly guests.

An in-house coach is available to facilitate groups to visit local scenic areas and or shopping trips. Groups can be picked up and returned to their destinations as part of our short break offers.

Sunroom, lounge and secure patio area with stunning views for children and vulnerable adults as well as for Barbecues. Monitored 24 hours by receptionist or night porter.

From Newry City follow the A2 scenic route through Warrenpoint and Rostrevor and continue on the A2 towards Kilkeel. 1/2 mile past Rostrevor pier take road to left, Killowen Old Road Guesthouse at top of hill.

From Newcastle take A2 Coastal route to Kilkeel and continue on the A2 towards Rostrevor, at Killowen church take road to right. Killowen Old Road Guesthouse at top of hill.
