Located in a quiet area 1 mile from Portstewart Promenade & Harbour. Within easy reach of many places of interest including Giant's Causeway, Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge, Dunluce Castle, Portballantrae, Ballintoy Harbour, Portrush, Bushmills and Mussenden Temple.

Excellent shopping in nearby Coleraine plus good road and rail links to Belfast and historic Londonderry. Great beaches in the area, some only a few minutes away and many of them Blue Flag including Portstewart Strand, Portrush East & West Strands, Whiterocks, Magilligan, Benone & Downhill.

Local activities include golf, surfing & other water sports, horseriding, cycling, walking, etc. Children's play areas in Portstewart at Flowerfield and The Crescent.

Excellent choice of courses for golfers of all standards. Three championship courses include Portstewart, Castlerock & Royal Portrush, host to The Open Championship in 2019 and 2025.  Other courses in Portstewart / Portrush include The Riverside, The Old Course & The Valley. Many other great courses accessible by car include Ballycastle, Galgorm Castle, Roe Valley, Malone & Ballyliffin etc.
