Short Cycle Trails

You don’t have to cycle for miles and miles to enjoy cycling in Northern Ireland. Country parks, forest parks, tow paths, disused railways are home to short cycle routes under five miles, many are traffic free so therefore perfect for some family fun.

Northern Ireland has lots to offer both the experienced and novice cyclist. Good quality accommodation to suit every pocket is plentiful, and routes outlined on the website are always within reach of a good bed for the night and a hearty breakfast in the morning.

	Castle Archdale Family Cycling Trail, Situated 15km north west of Enniskillen, this 6 mile cycle route weaves its way through 230 acres of mature forest situated on the shores of Lower Lough Erne, enabling the cyclist to explore over 1000 years of history.
