Slice of Heaven

Slice of Heaven was founded in 2005 by David Allen. It has grown into a dynamic forward thinking company comprised of family and friends whose integrity, hard work and determination have created the foundation for our success.

Slice of Heaven create hand made fresh desserts and salads to the food service, independent retailers, farm shops as well as direct to the public. Everything we make is made to order, nothing is frozen. We use local cream cheese and fruits when possible and use traditional recipes (particularly from old Women’s Institute Cookbooks) with no additives or preservatives. We also create hand made gourmet wedding cakes with a difference.
