Soda Bread Farls (with Soda Bread Flour)

Soda Farls

400g soda bread flour
400ml buttermilk
1 teaspoon salt

Mix the flour and salt in a bowl.
Mix in the buttermilk and turn onto a floured surface.
Form into a ball, flatten and divide into quarters.
Don’t over work the dough as it’ll knock out the air and give you a tough finished product.
Cook on a griddle pan or heavy based frying pan, over medium heat, for about 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally. Cool on a wire rack.
