Head Chef Neil Bradley creates a menu that will pamper any discerning palate. Menu is described as seductively simple with choices such as 'whole baked fish of the day with miso, soft noodes and black vinegar' or a starter of 'Thai chicken and coconut broth'. A minimalist approach has been taken towards the decor, it is a simple understated elegance, combining glass, walnut, zinc and concrete to create the unique clean cut image.
