The property is exceptionally well appointed with sky, wi-fi, built in audio (which guests can connect to via Bluetooth), high spec kitchen, feature lighting etc and positioned opposite the slipway for immediate access to the expansive Cloughey beach! Location / Directions

From Belfast, drive via Newtownards, Greyabbey, Kircubbin. Through Kircubbin take left for Kirkistown/Cloughey. Take road accross peninsula. At end of road take right and drive in to Cloughey along coast road with Kirkistown Castle Golf Club on right. At the fork in the road, immediately before Watsons garage (Centra) take left (Manse Rd). The Coastguard Cottage (33B) is approx 300m on right (opposite slipway). Parking to to the rear. Take the gravel drive to the right hand side of The Boathouse (33A) and park up in front of double garage with stone pillars.
