Starting at the Joey Dunlop Leisure Centre, turn right onto Garryduff Road, then right onto Lislagan Road, and turn left at the cross roads onto Bravallen Road. At the cross roads go straight over. At the t-junction turn right onto Tullaghans Road, then turn left onto Mullan Road. Pass Craigs Dolmen on the right and then Craigs Wood on the left. Turn left onto Glenbuck Road and descend down to the cross roads at the Bridge Pub. Turn left onto Bridge Road and continue into Dunloy Village. Turn left onto Tullaghans Road and continue uphill until you turn right into Bravallen Road. Go straight over at the cross roads and continue descending to the next cross roads where you turn right onto Lislagan Road. At the t-junction turn left and continue to the Joey Dunlop Leisure Centre.

Getting to the start: The Joey Dunlop Leisure Centre is signed from the A26 along the B62
Traffic: With the exception of Bridge Road in Dunloy, traffic will be relatively light although be aware there is a quarry on Mullan Road and cyclists may experience some quarry traffic.
Terrain:The route is mostly along quiet relatively flat rural roads, however there is a steep hill climb up the Tullaghans Road.
Point of interest:Among the ancient sites on the Long Mountain are the Broad Stone and Craigs Dolmen, which are Stone Age graves.
A well preserved Stone Age grave can also be visited at Dooey's Cairn near Dunloy.
These sites are on private land and can only be accessed with the owners proir permission.
