The living room has a wood burning stove, which can be lit prior to your arrival if required. A sunroom off the living room has french doors leading onto a paved patio and bbq area. The property is located on a 20 acre mature parkland setting, with a jetty/slipway for residents use only and a lakeside bbq area. Extensive pathways along the loughshore provide the perfect place to enjoy a walk and experience the nature and wildlife of Lower Lough Erne. Strictly no smoking and strictly NO pets.

Stay at the luxurious Gatehouse at Mullansbay, Boa Island, Kesh, for the weekend Friday 31st May and Saturday 1st June. Normally £400, book now for £350. Situated on a private 20 acre Parkland setting on the shores of Lower Lough Erne. Guests can enjoy a seat at the Lakeside, a stroll along our loughshore pathways or just chill out and unwind in the beautiful tranquil setting.
