The Gatehouse, Mullans Bay, Boa Island, is a luxury 5 bedroom chalet which sleeps 10 comfortably. All rooms are ensuite. The large modern kitchen is fully equipped. The living room has a wood burning stove, which can be lit prior to your arrival if required. A sunroom off the living room has french doors leading onto a paved patio and bbq area. The property is located on a 20 acre mature parkland setting, with a jetty/slipway for residents use only and a lakeside bbq area. Extensive pathways along the loughshore provide the perfect place to enjoy a walk and experience the nature and wildlife of Lower Lough Erne. Strictly no smoking and no pets within the accomodation. On site pet facilities available by prior arrangment.
