The Merchant Hotel

The Merchant is an intimate, sumptuous, five star hotel. The hotel was opened in April 2006, following an extensive conversion of the old Ulster Bank Headquarters in Waring Street. This April set sail on RMS Merchant of the Five Star line and enjoy a wonderful experience reflecting the grandeur of Titanic.
On arrival receive a Captain’s welcome and your five star boarding pass, then make your way to A Deck to The Bar to enjoy your complimentary Gin and Titonic cocktails. Dinner is served in the fine dining splendour of The Great Room Restaurant. The menu is inspired by the extraordinary menus found on 1st class on the Titanic.
