This course provides a relaxed but informative afternoon working with Gary, our Executive Chef here in the kitchen at the Portaferry Hotel. Gary will give preference to the customers required taste, and then the cooking experience is passed on at every opportunity, as you select flavours and seasonings and work with the finest ingredients available.

The classes are available Mondays – Saturday for 2 – 6 people.
Dinner, Bed and Breakfast package and two hour cookery class with Gary Bell
