The Potted Hen Restaurant

The Potted Hen is located in beautiful Saint Anne’s Square in the heart of Belfast’s bustling Cathedral Quarter. It is an elegant, modern, bistro style restaurant with plain wooden furniture, cream panelled walls and exposed duct work on the ceilings.

The restaurant was opened late in 2010 by Dermot and Catherine Regan and has already become a firm Belfast favourite, serving innovative, modern cuisine using the freshest of local ingredients. It has become renowned for its friendly atmosphere and attentive staff.

It is the perfect place to enjoy a deliciously indulgent morning snack, a tasty lunchtime treat or a fabulous gourmet dinner in relaxed surroundings. Signature dishes include Dermot’s delicious ‘Potted Hen’ Chicken Liver terrine served in stylish glass Kilner jars and Belly of Pork with pureed celeriac.
