The White Horse Inn

The White Horse Inn dates back over 200 years as an old coaching Inn and currently operates as a busy Bar & Bistro in the thriving market town of Saintfield.
The Bistro offers comfortable seating for 60 people spread over an area off the bar and in a first floor balcony. The food on offer is an eclectic mix of traditional & modern cuisine with many tempting fresh fish dishes. The lower ground level offers a heated smoking area and a room with seating for 65 people, regularly used for wedding, christening and birthday parties.

The bar is part of the Whitewater Brewing Company, near Kilkeel County Down, and being part of the largest working micro-brewery in Northern shows itself in the vast array of beers on offer, many changing on a weekly basis.
The bar has won CAMRA NI (Campaign for Real Ale) pub of the year in 2006 and 2007 and was runner up in the 2007 CAMRA pub of the year (Northern Ireland & Scotland area) and was also Highly Commended in the Tourism Pub of the Year category in the Down tourism awards in 2008. There is regular live music and we are very family orientated.
