Wallace Park

Located in the heart of Lisburn and covering 25 acres of mature parkland, Wallace Park is ideal for families with a new, state of the art, children's play area and lots of gentle walks. Takes its name from Sir Richard Wallace an English art collector and philanthropist who left many legacies to the town, including the drinking fountain in the Castle Gardens, which was presented in 1872.

As well as the new Flagship Children's Play Area, Wallace Park has recently undergone extensive regeneration works, including a new Soccer Pavilion and floodlit Tennis Courts, works to upgrade the path system and improvement works to the Bandstand and Duck Pond.
