The spacious sitting room has a vaulted beamed ceiling, wood burning stove and beautiful views over the surrounding countryside. The kitchen is fully equipped with many appliances including a washer/dryer and has a dining area. There is ample parking outside the cottage and a private patio area for guest use.

Location / Directions
Coming from Ballygowan, head out road towards Killyleagh. Follow road for about 3 miles passing school on the right. After church on left on crest, go down the hill and turn off to the left. This is Kilcarn Road. Continue approximately 1 mile, over crossroads and 1/4 mile after that there are farmhouses behind a stone wall. Turn left into the lane. The cottage is at the end of the lane in the yard behind the farmhouse.
From Killinchy/Balloo: Turn right at crossroads after Balloo House if heading towards Killyleagh. This is the Saintfield Road. Go straight over two crossroads. Road becomes Kilcarn Road and property is on right hand side (exactly two miles from Balloo crossroads)
