A spectacular and beautifully furnished modern interior adds to the experience of quality Japanese cuisine at Zen. Wonderful ultra violet interior designs juxtaposed with a traditional Japanese decor does not detract from a unique and personal experience, with a seating layout which promotes comfort and privacy. You’ll be amazed from the outset as their fountain, a wall of glistening water and gilded lotus flowers, welcomes you inside the restaurant.
The ground floor hosts a traditional Japanese setting, with a one ton Buddha head watching over the entrance which has traveled over three thousand miles to be at the restaurant.
The first floor is all about slick, modern design, and sassy style, with contemporary ‘booth’ style seating.
For special occasions a group private dining option is offered in the Tatami room. No expense was spared in the conversion of this city centre warehouse to a glitzy, glamorous, awe-inspiring restaurant, complete with cocktail and sushi bars.
Zen also caters for those with more reserved traditional tastes, offering a plethora of 'Fusion cuisine' consisting of Japanese and Asian cuisine with a Western fusion.
A diverse drinks list compliments the menu and also offers a significant range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Beers, fine wines and cocktails of various origins are available from the bar which caters for all tastes and moods.
