THE LOCATION
6 Portinode Cottages is situated in a quiet rural location on the northern shores of Lower Lough Erne, about 3 miles north-west of Kesh, and near Boa Island.It forms part of a small, exclusive development of traditionally designed, detached bungalows. No. 6 is surrounded by its own open gardens and enjoys wonderful views of nearby Hare Island and beyond to the open lough.It has access to its own berth in Portinode Cottages' private marina, located on the lakeshore in front of the property.

THE PROPERTY
6 Portinode Cottages is suitable for a wide range of guests from families to couples having 3 separate bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with wc and electric shower and patio doors offer views of the lake. The second bedroom has a double bed, while the third has a set of bunk beds.A baby cot and high chair are also available, and bed linen and towels are provided.The main bathroom has a bath.

kitchen is attractively designed and is equipped with all modern conveniences, such as an oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, etc.Cutlery,crockery,glassware and cooking utensils are also provided.The utility room includes a washer/drier,clothes drier and ironing facilities.

dining room has a large table with six chairs and leads into the living room.Although the property is centrally heated an open fire can provide an extra sense of cosiness. The lounge has TV video and DVD player.The music system plays CDs and has a radio.
