Living room with two luxury settees and two armchairs, Freeview TV and DVD player, sound centre and a selection of DVDs and CDs, and an open fire.

Luxury kitchen and utility room with fridge/freezer, microwave, oven & hob, dishwasher, washing machine & tumble dryer, ironing facilities and dining for six.
In the fenced & gated rear there is a patio with a gas BBQ and luxury dining furniture for six, and two sun loungers.
Cots & high chairs are available free of charge.

Included in the cost is a Welcome Pack consisting of: cereals, tea, coffee, bread, milk, sugar, butter, condiments, fresh ice, a bottle each of red & white wine and fresh flowers in the living room.
There is also a selection of various herbs and spices, cooking oils, vinegars and tin foils etc in the kitchen.
Also included in the cost are towels, bed linen, all utilities, peat & logs, BBQ gas.
