This modern single storey apartment has one double bedroom, ensuite bathroom, a spacious living area with a futon and separate w.c., off street parking and the use of patio and garden which makes it an ideal private retreat. The kitchen has cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine and condenser dryer.

Price includes all heating, electricity, linen and towels. Children are welcome with toys and cot available on request but no pets. Welcome pack (tea, coffee, milk, bread and butter) provided plus many extras for visitor comfort and convenience.

Ards Shopping Centre, cinema, leisure centre and all town centre facilities are within easy walking distance as is bus routes to explore Belfast and the local area. The views from Scrabo Tower are stunning and Mountstewart House, Gardens and restaurant well worth a visit.

Water sports on Strangford Lough, indoor and outdoor children`s adventure playgrounds, golf, beaches from Helens Bay through Crawfordsburn to Bangor, The Somme Heritage Centre, The Ark Open Farm and Wildlife Sanctuaries at Kiltonga and Comber are all within easy reach. Dundonald Ice Bowl and Streamvale Open Farm only 5 miles away offer many family entertainments.
