There is a fully enclosed rear garden equipped with garden furniture/BBQ and it also has secure off-road parking for at least 2 cars. It has double glazing throughout and oil fired central heating. The garage is ideal for storing wet suits/golfing/angling equipment etc.
A detached bungalow with all its facilities on ground floor level, Mussenden Lodge is located in a quiet development less than half a mile from all the local amenities and the golden sandy beach is also within easy walking distance. A 10 minute drive will take you to Coleraine. Among the many facilities the cottage has to offer there is WIFI, Ipod Docking Station, Wood Burning Stove, Freeview, DVD Player with selection of DVDs, Digital Safe and there are Board Games and a wide selection of books available for guests to enjoy. A welcome pack hamper is provided on arrival. All bed linen and towels are provided for guest use.
The Cottage comprises of an Entrance Porch and Hall with payphone, Cloakroom with digital safe. A spacious lounge, separate dining room, fully fitted Kitchen and dinette with ceramic hob, built in fan oven and grill and a wide selection of cooking equipment, utensils and crockery for your every need during your stay. The large utility room contains an automatic washing machine and tumble drier, microwave and fridge freezer etc. There are 3 good sized bedrooms (1 double ensuite, 1 double and 1 twin). Each bedroom has a TV, dressing table and stool and generous wardrobe and drawer space. The master bedroom has an ensuite with a walk in shower, WC and wash basin and shaver point. The main bathroom also has a walk in shower and separate bath with WC, wash basin and shaver point.
