Maryville House is a fine example of a Victorian gentleman's residence on the cosmopolitan Lisburn Road in Belfast, beautifully renovated and opened in 2010 as a boutique bed and breakfast, tea rooms and function room.

Maryville House offers modern facilities in a traditional period setting within a quiet, yet convenient location with its own car parking on site and is easily accessed from the motorway, train and bus.

All bedrooms are unique with comfortable beds and fitted en suite, with flat screen TV. Free WiFi, complimentary mineral water, tea, coffee and sweet treats are also provided during your stay.

Our breakfast options are vast and include everything delicious you might wish for, from the traditional full breakfast to something lighter, such as fruit salad, porridge, croissants, French toast and more.

The cosmopolitan Lisburn road is around the corner with a wide range of boutique shops, bars, shops and restaurants. All rates are on a B&B basis with complimentary car parking. With our own in house tearooms, we can offer the unique experience of a traditional afternoon tea, light lunch or simply a great cup of coffee or tea. All our food is prepared fresh to order and sourced locally. Our baker range comes from our own bakery daily.
