Having been granted,in June 2011, planning permission for a new state of the art 52 bedroom hotel the current Royal Hotel has been down-sized and now trades as the Windsor Inn. Featuring 16 ensuite bedrooms, bar, restaurant, nightclub, walled beer garden and a choice of function rooms. Within walking distance of Bangor and Carnalea Golf Clubs, and only a short drive to many other courses including Rory McIlroy's own Holywood club.
