Exit Stewartstown on Coagh Rd - drive about 3 mls and turn left at shop and picture gallery for 1 ml. Turn right in village and above is second bungalow on RHS.
From Moneymore - exit towards Stewartstown, after 3 miles turn right at T junction beside petrol station. Take third road on right (Knockanroe Road) after half mile, Erin Dene is first dwelling on left.
