Clement Cottage

A warm welcome awaits you at Clement Cottage, a tastefully converted stone cottage situated at the foothills of the majestic Mourne Mountains. Its original features of stone walls, fireplace and steps have been retained giving the cottage ageless charm, with distinction. The old and new have been merged to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. There are warm colours and wooden floors throughout, antique pine furniture in the kitchen/dinette, a jet bath, central heating, maturing gardens and barbecue area, separate utility room and an exterior half door.

The cottage is set in a large garden which is surrounded by dry stone walls. The cottage is accessed by 3 stone steps and a traditionally styled door. A huge Cartwheel bench allows you to sit in the shade on a lovely sunny day. There is an enclosed patio area and yard at the side and back of the cottage. The Cottage has a mature garden at the front with an impressive display of Hydrangea in the summer along the drive.

The cottage is situated only three miles from the Silent Valley suitable for walker and sightseer alike.

Cost
Low season: Week stay is £275 and is based on 4 people staying. An additional £30 will be charged for more than 4 people.

Mid-season: Week stay is £350 and is based on 4 people staying. An additional £30 will be charged for more than 4 people.

High season: Week stay is £450, weekends and midweek stays are subject to availability as preference is given to long stays in High Season.
