The accommodation is well furnished and equipped.. It has been described by guests as a "home from home" Visitors who have stayed here have come to visit relatives, to take part in family events or golf tournaments, to attend concerts, to carry out family research, for holidays, to visit the Mourne Mountains or the Titanic Quarter: the list is long.
The property is easily accessed from both airports and the docks in Larne or Belfast. Visitors coming from Ireland have use of a good road network. If using Dublin airport there is a fast bus link to the Europa Bus Station.
Day Tours are available through Translink by coach or rail. Visits can be made on a day's outing to all parts of Northern Ireland, to the West and to Dublin.
The Belfast Welcome Centre is close to the Belfast City Hall and has details of concerts , activities, timetables, maps etc etc. Tourist Information Centres are also in Bangor and Newtownards where details of markets, festivals, walking tours etc are available.
Addresses of dog kennels are available on request.
The Standard weekly rate is £450.
For Shorter Stays deduct £30 per night.
For Longer Stays add £60 per night.

Offers are made for parties of one or two people only and for parties where all people are over 55years and for long stay guests.
Full weeks only at Christmas, New Year and Easter.
A non refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure a booking. the balance is due six weeks prior to arrival If booked within the six weeks pyment in full is required on booking.
Payments through PayPal accepted.
Nights are calculated from 4p.m. on the day of arrival to 10.m. on day of departure.
If cancelled within 6 weeks of arrival 40% of the rate will be refunded if cancelled between 1 and 3 weeks 20% will be refunded. No other refund is offered.
The premises are non smoking throughout.
Local Council recycling practices are to be observed.
Premises listed within this site are inspected every four years to ensure compliance with the relevant tourism legislation.
Properties who are star graded are assessed on an annual basis.
Location / Directions
Travelling from Belfast towards Newtonards on A20 turn right after Dundonald village into Old Mill Heights opposite Hurst's Car Sales. Old Mill Mews is third turning on the right. If travelling on public transport from Laganside Bus Station, alight at Hurst's Car Sales Rooms (Quarry Corner).
