Originally fine old listed stone barns (circa 1785), each has been carefully converted into modern comfortable holiday accommodation. Each cottage is bright and spacious with a living room/kitchen. Bedrooms are furnished in a traditional style with fine oak beds, wardrobes and dressing tables complementing the white bed linen. Bathroom complete with WC, bath (exception of Gaskins Grove - disabled access and walk in shower) and over bath shower, and shaver point also offer a hairdryer and white fluffy towels.

While staying with us why not take some time to watch the master craftsmen at work in the Pottery workshops where you too can take a turn on the potter’s wheel and be creative.
For those wishing for an activity based holiday, you may choose one of our pottery classes and over a weekend aspire to be a potter yourself! Why not invite a few friends to stay in one of our cottages and during the day have some fun while being creative in the pottery workshop.
Then meander around the Gift Shop or sit in the courtyard garden and enjoy a freshly made cappuccino from our Restaurant & Coffee Shop. Our staff can cater for all your needs Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Tea, Picnics, Dinner in your own cottage after a day touring.
Gift Shop, Pottery, and Restaurant & Coffee Shop are open Monday – Saturday 9.00am – 5.00pm. CLOSED Christmas week, Easter Monday & Tuesday. Please contact us should you wish to know other holiday dates.

Location / Directions
Ballydougan Pottery Courtyard Cottages are on the main B3 road between Lurgan & Gilford...follow brown tourist signs. From Belfast - take M1 to Moira, then A3 to Lurgan. At first set of traffic lights take left then second left at mini-roundabout onto B3 road to Gilford. Drive 3 miles & we are on left hand side of the road. From Dublin - take A1 to Banbridge, then A50 to Gilford/Craigavon. Turn right into Gilford village, drive through village and continue towards Lurgan on B3. After 3.5 miles we are on right hand side of the road.
