Ulster Museum, Belfast

Irish Linen Centre and Lisburn Museum Library, Lisburn

The Irish Linen Centre showcases one of Ireland's best known industries. Take an audio visual tour and see the weaving centre and hand looms. It also showcases events and exhibitions which recreate and honour Lisburn's rich, local history.

Flame! The Gasworks Museum Of Ireland, Carrickfergus

Carrickfergus boasts Ireland's sole surviving coal gasworks and is one of the only three left in the British Isles. Opened in 1855, it supplied Carrickfergus with gas made from coals for over 100 years.

Ulster Folk and Transport Museum, Holywood

Step back in time and uncover a way of life from 100 years ago. Explore thatched cottages, farms, schools and shops as you wander through the beautiful parkland of the Folk Museum and step aboard majestic steam locomotives in the Transport Museum.

Museum at The Mill, Newtownabbey
