Ulster Museum, Belfast - Unique and Unusual in Northern Ireland
The newly rejuvenated Ulster Museum in Belfast is just one of the many venue options on offer at National Museums Northern Ireland (NMNI).
Now available for corporate hire is the recently redeveloped Ulster Museum, which reopened in October following a major £17m rejuvenation. Its stunning 23 metre high atrium area is perfect for receptions and gala dinners and the Belfast Room and refurbished lecture theatre with state-of-the-art audio video facilities is an ideal combination for conferences of up to 200 people.
Hire facilities are also available at its award-winning living history museums – the Ulster Folk & Transport Museum and Ulster American Folk Park.
‘Unique and Unusual’ is NMNI’s mantra and looking at the venue hire options available, it’s easy to understand why. Venues include a stunning ship gallery at the Ulster American Folk Park and an old church meeting house, Manor house and transport gallery at the Ulster Folk & Transport Museum.
Head of Business and Tourism Marketing at NMNI, Patrick McLain, said, “ It has been a pleasure to host some of Northern Ireland’s most prestigious events including the major Invest Northern Ireland American investment conference and the recent Northern Ireland Tourist Board Awards”.
NMNI’s venue hire offering caters for groups as small as 10 up to 10,000. A dedicated events team are on hand to work alongside event organisers.
