Armagh will step back in time later this month and stage a number of historical events in Northern Ireland to get people in the mood for the festive season.
The city's annual Georgian Day takes place on November 28th in the Market Square, where locals and visitors alike will be encouraged to take part.
As part of the festivities, a number of stalls will sell traditional food in Northern Ireland, as well as arts and crafts designed to give people ideas ahead of the Christmas period.
In addition, a number of street performers will be taking part in humorous activities in Northern Ireland, with street urchins 'begging' for money and pickpockets having fun with the crowd.
The countdown to the festive season in Armagh will begin in earnest the previous day, when Mayor Thomas O'Hanlon will be joined by Santa to turn on the Christmas lights in a ceremony which will also feature local children's DJ Aldo.
