Lovers of good food in Northern Ireland may want to head to a Belfast restaurant after it was honoured in a major industry survey.
The city's Mourne Seafood Bar was nominated in the Good Food Guide as part of a reader's poll.
More than 23,000 people voted in the search for the best regional restaurants, with the Belfast eatery being named the top option for food in Northern Ireland, those planning to visit the country may be interested to hear.
Elizabeth Carter, editor of the publication, commented that the judges face a "really tough decision" when trying to determine an overall winner from the regional champions.
She added: "All of the restaurants that made it on to this year's shortlist should be really proud of the show of support theyve received from their customers."
Ten eateries have been honoured, with the Good Food Guide Restaurant of the Year being crowned on June 9th.
While in Belfast enjoying a bite to eat, visitors may want to head to attractions such as the city's carnival, which takes place next month.
