NIEA Events - Wonderful Days Out

Enjoy wonderful days out with family and friends - and even better, most of them are free!

From re-enactments and medieval fairs at historic castles to archaeology demonstrations, watch history come to life and learn about times gone by at some of our most iconic buildings and monuments.

If nature is more your thing, you’ll love the seasonal events aimed at smaller groups including bat nights and bird walks, seal watching, photography, painting and guided nature walks and talks in stunning locations.

Don't miss the bigger events either – why not have a go at bog snorkelling, enjoy outdoor theatre and music, or get inspired at a local, organic food event. There really is something for everyone!
