Ardglass Golf Club, Ardglass, Downpatrick

Located 30miles from Belfast on the beautiful County Down coast, Ardglass Golf Club is links as it should be.

Ardminnan Golf Course, Portaferry

Situated in a scenic spot overlooking the Irish Sea and five minutes from both Portaferry and Kircubbin, this nine hole treat is perfect for starting a day’s touring with a quick round featuring water hazards, challenging holes and other parkland.

Bright Castle Golf Course, Downpatrick

Bright Castle Golf Club is a 18 hole parkland course located in County Down with stunning views of the Mourne Mountains and nearby Bright Castle.

Donaghadee Golf Club, Donaghadee

Founded in 1899, this part-seaside and partopen parkland course has several lurking water hazards to catch the unthinking shot. The eighteenth is an intimidating finishing hole with out of bounds on both left and right.

St Patrick's Golf Club, Downpatrick

This parkland course measures 6,120 yards, and with tight tree lined fairways, fast and true greens and well placed bunkers provides a serious test of shot making.

Mahee Island Golf Club, Comber, Newtownards

Mediterranean is an adjective commonly used to describe the setting of Mahee Island. Standing on the first tee, one experiences a feeling of exhilaration at the breathtaking view of Strangford Lough.

Spa Golf Club, Ballynahinch

At just over 6,500 yards from the white tees, this is a long and demanding yet most enjoyable par 72 parkland layout. Feature holes such as challenging par 3 2nd, the classic 405 yard par 4 11th, or the 120 yard par 3 8th will test the skill of the most hardened veteran. Spa is however quite a relaxing venue with panoramic views from the 17th tee of the Mourne Mountains and also an abundance of resident wildlife. Adjacent to the Montalto Estate, Spa is certainly well worthy of a visit."

Kirkistown Castle Golf Club, Cloughey, Portaferry

Founded in 1902 and designed by James Braid, Kirkistown Castle boasts a true links golfing experience for all levels of player. Situated on the eastern seaboard of the Ards Peninsula, it is the most easterly 18-hole golf course in Ireland.

Crossgar Golf Club, Crossgar, Downpatrick

9 hole undulating course on end of village. Bar, meals, snacks and practice area.

From Downpatrick follow A7 to Crossgar. At roundabout turn right into Killyleagh Street.
Turn left into Derryboy Road, Golf Club is on the left.
