This is a comfortable three bedroom bungalow with spacious accommodation comprising a lounge, kitchen/dining room, utility and sun room.

There are two double bedrooms, one of which has an en suite with shower, and a double bunk room, all with ample storage. There is a bathroom with a bath and shower. Both showers are electric.

There is a generous outside space for relaxing as well as parking space for three cars/boat.

It is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac and is minutes away from the harbour, sandy beaches and hotel/wine bar. The town of Bushmills is a five minute drive or a 15 minute walk. Royal Portrush and Bushmills Golf Clubs are close by as well as Gaint's Causeway, Dunluce Castle and a good range of restaurants. This is an ideally located base for family holidays, golf breaks and sightseeing. A travel cot is available and there are books, DVDs/videos and games for the family.

There are high, mid and low season prices with a minimum stay of one week. Prices on application ranging from £500 to £900.

Check in time 3pm, check out time 11am. Saturday changeover. Non refundable £100 deposit to confirm booking and balance to be paid six weeks before stay commences. Refundable breakages deposit of £100 required with final payment, refunded within two weeks of departure, subject to satisfactory property inspection.

From Bushmills, take right turn into Ballaghmore Road, go to end, turn left. Bayview Hotel will be on your left. Dunluce Park is the second road on your left (at bottom of hill). This leads into Gortnee Park which leads into Gortnee Court. No.13 is on the left (red corner stones).
