Derrydoon is a lovely and spacious holiday cottage located on the shores of Upper Lough Erne. The house offers 3 double bedrooms (one ensuite) with a large open plan kitchen and living area - where you can relax and enjoy the views of Lough Erne.

Derrydooon is ideally suited to families or groups of friends who are looking for a “get away from it all” holiday. Whether it's walking, bird watching, cycling or water sports and fishing on Lough Erne. Derrydoon is the ideal base to enjoy the glorious countryside of County Fermanagh and County Cavan along with their wonderful tourist attractions.

The house is finished to a high spec and is very well equipped . It also has a private rear garden, secure parking and access to private jetty. Full central heating, linen and towels, Freeview, RTE and Wi-Fi are provided.

Bedroom 1 - one double bed with ensuite.
Bedroom 2 - two single beds.
Bedroom 3 - bunk beds.
There is one main bathroom and one WC.

This is one of four properties located in a small, exclusive development, 2 miles from Newtownbutler and 6 miles from Lisnaskea.
