About

Barr Hall Barns consists of three 18th Century period cottages in an outstanding tranquil location with panoramic views across Strangford Lough to the Mourne Mountains.

We are based just outside the seaside village of Portaferry, at the very southern tip of the Ards Peninsula, overlooking Barr Hall Bay, a seal basking location protected by the National Trust. The bay is a haven for overwintering waders, lapwings, oyster catchers, and a multitude of gulls.

With idyllic walking routes right at our doorstep, come escape to an area of natural outstanding

The Apartment is a two storey one bedroom barn. The bedroom consists of one double bed and one single bed located on the first-floor mezzanine area overlooking the open plan lounge room below.
