This property is ideal for large families as it sleeps 7 in three bedrooms. The semi-detached cottage is set in the beautiful village of Portballintrae and in the centre of the world famous Causeway Coast, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and World Heritage site.

The property is a 3 minute walk to the pathway leading to Runkerry Beach, Bushfoot Golf Club, Bushmills Village and to the Giant's Causeway Visitor's Centre.

The cottage consists of a living room, fully equipped kitchen with small dining area. A bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 1 set of bunks and a single bed and a 3rd bedroom with a further set of bunks. The cottage has in total 7 bedspaces. A bathroom with bath, shower (over the bath arrangement), vanity unit and WC.

The cottage is well equipped with comfortable seating, lounge dining table seating 8, TV, basic sky package, large supply of DVD's, books and selection of toys. Oil fired central heating is available along with an open fire in the lounge. Oil heating is provided as part of the rental with the initial supply of coal and peat for the fire. There are full laundry facilities for washing and drying clothes.

Externally the cotatge has a private south facing back garden with off road parking for several cars. There are several garden seats, recliners and a pinic table.

This property has everything you need for a lovely quite break, plus the advantage of being positioned along a very quiet cul-de-sac road with minimal traffic passing by. The unique feature of the cottage is its proximity to the tourist railway towpath / cycle path running from Busmills to the Giant's Causeway.

The location is surperb for walking and seaside activity holiday, as the Runkerry Beach, Portballantrae Beach are within a 15min walk from the cottage along the towpath. This makes the cottage ideal for young families you can easily walk to the local beaches, golf club, Busmills centre, hotels and Giant's Causeway without crossing main roads.
