The Chelsea took Belfast by storm when it first opened in 1997, with its innovative design and unique offerings. This Belfast icon has been re-made in 2013 and for the refurb we employed Kris Turnbull, one of the best interior designers in the country, to re-imagine what the Chelsea should be today.
The new bar is a slick urban retreat offering a relaxing setting for food and drinks. Our cocktail list has been redesigned to offer the urban sophistication usually only seen in the best cocktail bars in cities like London and New York and world renowned Mixologist Wayne Collins has been involved in both designing the list and training the staff to produce some fabulous drinks.
Much more now than just a gastropub, the Chelsea is also bringing nightlife back to the Lisburn Road. Investing in some of Ireland's most credible DJ’s we aim to bring a feel to Belfast that would rival any European style bar. After the weekend why not relax and enjoy the best brunch in the city while chilling out to our resident Jazz band.
